PsittaCheck™ PaBV Detection System
Parrot Bornavirus Screening Lattice and POCT Automated AI Interpretation Analyzer

1/3
PsittaCheck™ is based on a serological immunoassay principle to detect the presence of PaBV (Parrot Bornavirus)-specific antibodies in parrot serum. The assay utilizes antigens immobilized on a lattice structure; when PaBV-specific antibodies are present in the serum sample, they bind specifically to the antigens. Subsequently, labeled anti-avian antibodies bind to the serum antibodies, generating a detectable visual signal. The signal is then read and quantified by an AI-powered analyzer, providing standardized and comparable diagnostic results.

High-Sensitivity Detection
Utilizing highly biomimetic pathogen subunit antigens, our assay effectively mimics natural infection conditions, enhancing antibody recognition and delivering more accurate detection results.

Biosafety and Experimental Reproducibility
With extensive experience in clinical sample testing and a well-established epidemiological database, our assays provide results with greater reference value and clinical relevance.

Clinical and Epidemiological Support
Extensive clinical sample testing experience and a comprehensive epidemiological database provide valuable insights, enhancing the clinical relevance and interpretive value of test results.
Leveraging AI technology to ensure objective data interpretation, eliminating variability caused by user subjective judgment.

High-Resolution Analysis of Minimal Samples

Only a minimal amount of serum is required to obtain clear and reliable results, effectively reducing the risk of misinterpretation while maintaining high sensitivity and specificity.

Lattice-Based Process
Quality Control
Fluorescence-based monitoring is integrated into the lattice-based manufacturing process to ensure batch-to-batch consistency and stability, thereby enhancing assay reproducibility.
